Women Friendly certifies ZIV as a harassment-free space

The entire team actively participated in WF training, with tests at each stage, and the gallery obtained certification

The ZIV Gallery bar and restaurant is receiving the harassment-free space certificate from Women Friendly, a startup specialized in training, certifying and implementing practical actions to make private environments safer for women.

“We help organizations to be safe for employees and customers by preventing sexual harassment”, explains Ana Addobbati, co-founder of Women Friendly.

Alongside partner Nathalia Waldow, a lawyer specializing in business law, the company develops a process customized to the company's operations to guarantee culture and preventive and monitoring processes, such as the reporting channel operated by the organization.

The entire ZIV team – including the administrative team and partners, along with the service staff of the two restaurants and galleries – actively participated in the training, with tests at each phase, and obtained a course certificate.

For the administrator of ZIV Gallery, Helder Kanamaru, it is essential for an establishment to be prepared to avoid sexual and moral harassment. “It is violence that should not exist, but if it does, we need to be ready to support and provide safety to women”, points out Kanamaru.
