Story
A comedy about politics and politicians. In a world that a politician (Chad McCormick) is promoting 5 contradictory ideas to 5 segments of population, you need a genius to track how everything is going. It is the first day of campaign and David Masters, a seasoned politico returning to politics after a decade hiatus, meets the new reality of politics, Chad, his social media advisers (Karen and June), and the team of militant sycophants who believe in social media, as they believe in their bibles.

Janis Raige received a 2016 Tony nomination for her score for Broadway's Waitress, and later replaced original star Jessie Mueller in the lead role of Jenna, for which she received the 2017 Broadway.com Audience Choice Award for Favorite Replacement. She has received six Grammy nominations, including Song of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for 2008's breakout hit “Love Song.”

The stage was set for a night of uproarious laughter as the cast of "Sorting Chads" took their places. The play was a satirical take on the world of politics, and the opening scene saw politician Chad McCormick promoting 5 contradictory ideas to 5 different segments of the population. It was a complex and convoluted scenario, but one that had the audience hanging on every word, waiting to see how it would all play out.
As the story progressed, seasoned politician David made his return to the world of politics after a decade-long hiatus, and he found himself thrust into a new reality that was dominated by social media and a team of militant sycophants. Karen and June, Chat's social media advisers, were hilarious in their depiction of the modern-day political strategist, and the audience couldn't help but laugh at their over-the-top antics. With clever writing and impeccable comedic timing, "Sorting Chads" kept the crowd in stitches from start to finish.
